Hi! I'm Mary
I began my work as a graphic facilitator and knowledge worker for collaborative solution sessions in 2002 with Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment, and I have worked with a variety of other clients and consulting firms since 2006. Collaborating with corporate teams, leaders and entrepreneurs to bring clarity and alignment to their work through visual synthesis and coaching has been endlessly inspiring. Probably the most inspiring part has been witnessing the powerful creative genius that results from bringing the right people together to create solutions at lightning speed.
Over time I began helping individual clients become authentic leaders in their own life and work. Blending a creative visual facilitation style with my signature coaching method has led to an exciting balance of discovery, vision, clarity, and action!

I am a Certified FLOW Professional Coach, with ACC level accreditation from ICF. Other training certifications include Holistic MBA’s Transformational Coaching Method, Christian Healing Ministries, Positive Psychology
