The Experience

Session architecture for meetings that invite engagement, collaboration, problem solving, real conversations, and consensus. The design covers the story, the room, the sequence, and the outcome the group leaves with.

The Problem:

High-stakes meetings often fail before anyone speaks. The agenda is a list of presentations. The guest’s real question shows up late. The room leaves with notes and no decision.

The Solution:

Experience design is the plan for the meeting itself: who is in the room, what question the session is built to answer, how the conversation moves, and what the group takes away. Facilitation and visual capture sit inside that plan. They are not added at the end.

What the engagement includes

Discovery:

The goal of the meeting, the people in the room, and the decision or alignment it has to produce.

Narrative:

A through-line from the guest’s situation to the conversation.

Session architecture:

Timing, prompts, working blocks, and the points where a decision has to be made.

Session Summary:

A visual record and a short summary of what was decided and what happens next.

In-room facilitation:

Holding the conversation when the plan has to change.

Where it fits:

Board meetings, executive off-sites, customer workshops, and hosted executive visits. One working session or a short series. On site or hybrid.

How to begin:

A short call to define the meeting, the stakes, and whether design, facilitation, or both are needed.
